About House Bean of Papua New Guinea
For Folly Coffee’s House Bean, the name of the game is fruit forward. No wonder, then, they’ve sourced this fragrant and flavorful coffee from the Wahgi Valley, Papua New Guinea. Our QC tasting notes include fragrance/aromas of fruit leather, fruit punch, cherry juice. Catching a fruity theme here?
The traditional method of processing coffee in PNG lends Folly's House Bean some extra fruitiness along with deep, spicy earth notes and bright, fruity acidity

Folly Coffee
Launched in January of 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of our small batch coffee in St. Louis Park, MN (just outside of Minneapolis). We started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. The coffee program is led by Head Roaster Jeff Mooney, a top 15 US Cup Taster's Championship finalist and Certified Q Grader.
