Coffee Description
Fragrant butterscotch, citrus zest, and milk chocolate notes lead into white grape, peach cobbler and coconut flavors. Juicier it cools, pineapple surfaces along with dried orange, cacao nib and a sprinkle of allspice. Silky smooth body, sweet acidity, and a clean finish make for a dang good cup of Joe.

About Smallholder producers of Colombia
This is delicious Colombian coffee is from the highest scoring lots of small-holder producers in the remote sub-region of Timaná. Located high in the Colombian Andes, local weather patterns create the perfect microclimate needed to grow high quality specialty coffee, .
Most farms in this area average about 5 acres, and the predominant variety of coffee grown is Caturra, a derivative of Bourbon. Because they don’t produce high volume, growers often combine special lots, resulting in nuanced, impressive flavor profiles. This particular coffee wears an "Excelso" grade label, meaning that the beans are large, yet slightly smaller than "Supremo" grade. Flavor is supremely excellent!
