Coffee Description
Chocolate and vanilla meet peanut butter pie with honey, and secondary cup notes are just as compelling: rose-like florals, caramel, and candied orange. Medium-bodied with a smooth mouthfeel and very clean finish, this cup offers malty sweetness and mild acidity.

About Ismael & Eduardo Andrade of Brazil
Ismael Andrade and his family have been growing coffee since 1901. 115 years represents a whole lot of accumulated expertise and coffee knowledge, and for the past 25 years, Ismael and his brother, Eduardo, have applied this heritage to Fazenda Sao SIlvestre. The 600 hectare farm with its rich volcanic soil is one of several belonging to the Andrade family. In accordance with Brazilian law, they have allocated more than 100 hectares of land to permanent natural forest reserves.
The Andrades helped to found the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA). In their pursuit of excellence on their own farms, they combine meticulous crop planning and management with on-farm processing followed by analysis in their on-site BSCA cupping lab. The resultant award-winning coffees represent some of Brazil’s best.

Tinker Coffee Co.
When brothers-in-law Steve Hall and Jeff Johnson founded Tinker Coffee Co., they had a simple plan: bring the specialty coffee scene to their own Indianapolis, Indiana backyard. Combining backgrounds in wine and tech (Jeff worked with IBM for 10 years) with a dedication to sourcing fantastic coffees and sharing the excitement with customers, Tinker Coffee was named "Best Coffee in Indiana" by Food & Wine, so their hard work is paying off!
Tinker Coffee was founded in 2014 and roasts coffee for a sweet group of restaurants, cafes, offices, and markets. Jeff admits to preferring Colombian coffees, and Steve, Kenyas.
