About Estafanía Garcia of Colombia
Estefanía Garcia is member of the Café Agrario Association where her grandfather, Jerónimo Rayo, was a founding member. She grew up amidst coffee plantations, facing the beautiful landscapes of the Tolima plain, and is enthusiastic about applying technical recommendations to continue to improve her coffee quality. Coffee is de-pulped and washed twice within 36 hours of harvest. She uses a parabolic solar dryer (similar to a greenhouse) to have a slow and even drying process.
