Coffee Description
This is our first time working with this coffee and we are excited by the great balance and sweetness it presents. In the cup we find layers of yellow stone fruit and pink apple with a creamy and sweet finish that reminds us of dulce de leche.

About Rancho Carmen of Ecuador
Rancho Carmen is comprised of coffees from small-scale producers in Zamora-Chinchipe, Ecuador, near the border with Peru and in close proximity to the Amazon Rainforest. Unsurprisingly, this area is lush with beautiful forested mountainsides, rich in biodiversity. There is also a unique indigenous culture here due to the historical presence of the Inca ethnic group. Coffee production has been the main livelihood and economic activity for these farmers for over 30 years, where they have focused on growing classic varieties like Bourbon, Typica, and Caturra.
