Different producing countries pick, process, and ship their harvest at varying times throughout the year, so for La Paloma we are constantly sourcing fresh crop coffees that are at the peak of quality and showcase both exciting acidity and deep sweetness. While the components of the blend might change, this balanced flavor profile always stays consistent. La Paloma is currently a 50/50 blend of washed coffees from Nariño and Huila Colombia.
