Coffee Description
Designed to be a go-to daily drinker, La Paloma is structured and approachable but with the perfect amount of juicy acidity to keep things interesting.
Different producing countries pick, process, and ship their harvest at varying times throughout the year, so for La Paloma we are constantly sourcing fresh crop coffees that are at the peak of quality and showcase both exciting acidity and deep sweetness. While the components of the blend might change, this balanced flavor profile stays consistent throughout the year. La Paloma is currently a 50/50 blend of washed coffees from Huila, Colombia and Caranavi, Bolivia.
