Coffee Description
Honey processing refers to a technique of drying freshly picked coffee while retaining the sticky sweet layer that forms in between the bean and the coffee cherry. Avoiding the use of water, this environmentally friendly approach to coffee production also results in a unique addition of flavor in the coffee which in this case coincidentally appeared as a distinct honey like sweetness complimented with subtle notes of warm baker spices.
