Coffee Description
Coffee diversity in Ethiopia is the richest in the world. And because there’s such diversity, we see significantly different flavor profiles in the different regions of the country. In the western Ethiopian region of Jimma, we often find a citrus/black tea profile on display. This coffee is a beautiful representation of that profile, with upfront flavors reminiscent of an Arnold Palmer (English breakfast tea and lemonade), rounding out into the sweetness of blackberry jam.
