Coffee Description
This blend of JARC 74110 and 74158 varietals is processed at the Ayla washing station, where freshly harvested cherries from local smallholder farmers - grown between 1,950 and 2,000 meters above sea level - are hand sorted, fully washed, and dried on raised beds. The result is a clean, elegant cup with notes of yellow peach, soft rooibos tea, and a refined finish that makes each sip feel like it’s floating.
