Coffee Description
We are loving this coffee from Puebla for its high, tight red fruit and citrus presence with a long finish speckled with baking spice and green tea florals.

About Antonio Barragan of Mexico
Born into a coffee producing family in Tepango de Rodriguez, a small municipality in the Puebla region of Mexico, Antonio Barragan has grown coffee throughout his life. He learned his first agricultural practices from his grandparents and parents however, when Antonio was a teenager his parents decided that coffee was no longer profitable enough to support the family of 7, so they left the farm and dedicated themselves to other jobs. A few years ago, Antonio convinced his family that the coffee business could be profitable if it was managed correctly, so they decided to resume work on the farm. Now Antonio promotes the improvement of quality and productivity on the farm, which has resulted in a more sustainable business as well as some excellent coffee!
