Marcela Valle is a great example of a wide open, sugar-sweet coffee. A round acidity, reminiscent of red delicious apples is complemented by a warm honeyed finish that brings to mind Honey Maid graham crackers.

About Marcela Valle of Honduras
Marcela Valle is a civil engineer and coffee producer who turned her attention to preparing specialty coffees after attending a Cafesmo workshop in 2020. Marcela and her brother subsequently engineered and successfully built a solar dryer and purchased 324 African drying beds, allowing them to refine the drying process based on the particularities of each individual lot. Her ingenuity and attention to detail really shines through in this spectacular coffee.
