About Ture Waji of Ethiopia
This is the first coffee we bought from Ture Waji's production setting off an adoration for his stunningly well produced naturals. This lot is comprised of cherry Ture's SooKoo Coffee sourced from around the forests of Dambi Uddo Kebele. Cherry is specifically designated to its point of origin before undergoing any processing. SooKoo is committed to paying high prices for cherry to ensure the quality and longevity of his production.
