Coffee Description
This big and broad anaerobic natural is like nothing else you have had from Honduras. Particularly nice as an espresso, the creamy, textured body finds a great complement in a tempered, citric acidity and a long sweet finish that reminds us of tootsie rolls and tangerine candy.

About Rosy Dariela Mancia of Honduras
Dariela and her family operate two small farms totaling 1.7 hectares of land in Mercedes, Ocotepeque. Both small farms, owned by Dariela's family and her husband's family, share labor and equipment resources, such as Finca El Mandarino's three solar dryers, to allow the families to successfully produce and sell these special coffees.
