About Adan Hernandez of Honduras
This is the third harvest we have worked with Adan Hernandez, of Catracha Coffee Project in Santa Elena, Honduras. Adan produces exceptionally sweet and clean coffee with his family.
We are incredibly excited to offer more than one Catracha coffee (Jose Blas) every year, because we firmly believe in what they are doing in Honduras & the Santa Elena community.

Five & Hoek
Five & Hoek, roasting since 2011, is focused on living life in community and connecting with others (or themselves with a good book) through coffees that tell stories. Their own story starts in India, where owners Tyler and Erich fell in love with the laid back culture experienced in tea gardens (and rickshaw rides), and brought back a desire to share that experience through the avenue of coffee and community.
Five & Hoek opened their Wheaton cafe in 2014, and are expanding to put both cafe and roastery under the same roof in 2019, where they will continue to source and roast both approachable and experimental coffees. They serve delicious coffee and inspire community through local customers and producers partners as they live out their tagline, “Coffee / Connection / Community.
