About Alta Vista of Brazil
Fazenda Alta Vista not only has coffees that have placed in the Brazil Cup of Excellence, they also pay higher wages than other farms in their area. No surprise, then, that they've had no staff turnover for over 12 years!
Coffees at Alta Vista are meticulously cultivated and naturally shade grown by the banana and macadamia trees. This particular lot was a stand-out in our blind tasting, being exceptionally smooth. as well as loaded with flavor.

Folly Coffee
Launched in January of 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of our small batch coffee in St. Louis Park, MN (just outside of Minneapolis). We started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. The coffee program is led by Head Roaster Jeff Mooney, a top 15 US Cup Taster's Championship finalist and Certified Q Grader.
