Coffee Description
This coffee jumped out from our blind sampling selection process. This cup bursts with raw peanut butter aromatics, and the taste is a balanced combination of nuttiness and dark chocolate. It has a sweet finish with no present bitterness. This is a fantastic go to coffee!

Folly Coffee
Launched in January of 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of our small batch coffee in St. Louis Park, MN (just outside of Minneapolis). We started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. The coffee program is led by Head Roaster Jeff Mooney, a top 15 US Cup Taster's Championship finalist and Certified Q Grader.
