Coffee Description
The Black Honey process creates an intricate flavor profile. A chocolate sweetness is layered with a balanced blackberry fruitiness. The sweetness is balanced by a ripe apple acidity for a complex, yet approachable cup.

About Loma La Gloria of El Salvador
Loma La Gloria is a woman owned farm, run by Anny Ruth Pimental. Shade trees cover much of Loma La Gloria and are home to many species of birds, including Blue jays, Chiltotas, Torditos, Guacalchias, and Hummingbirds. The shade canopy helps control temperatures on the farm, maintaining the optimal climate to produce a desirable cup profile.
This lot of selectively harvested Red Bourbon was processed as Black Honey, leaving the maximum amount of pectin in contact with the beans during drying.
Folly Coffee
Launched in January of 2018, Folly was born by a deep passion for high end specialty coffees and a lot of hard work from scratch. Folly Coffee Roasters is independently owned and operated, roasting all of our small batch coffee in St. Louis Park, MN (just outside of Minneapolis). We started Folly to introduce people to the world of specialty coffee without any of the pretentiousness. The coffee program is led by Head Roaster Jeff Mooney, a top 15 US Cup Taster's Championship finalist and Certified Q Grader.
