Coffee Description
We’re thrilled to offer another coffee from the now infamous coffee producer Diego Bermudez. Known for his chemist approach to coffee processing, Diego has been able to create custom flavor profiles by introducing microorganisms already present in coffee to the fermentation process. He then uses a cold water shock to stop that fermentation at the precise time and temperature. This release is filled with tropical flavors and is a true testament to Diego’s craftsmanship.

About Diego Bermudez of Colombia
Diego Bermudez is the true farmer of innovation whose approach is purely scientific. He was one of the firsts in Colombia to start experimenting with fermentation processes, by adding different types of microorganisms and yeasts. By now Diego has developed more than 10 replicable protocols (recipes), so he can produce his profiles on demand.
