Coffee Description
The second release in our variety series, grown by producer Nestor Lasso, where all varieties were harvested at the same time and processed using the same Anaerobic Washed method. Ethiopian Landrace are some of the oldest varieties, having evolved over a long period in Ethiopia’s forested mountains. About Nestor Lasso of Colombia
Over the past couple of years Nestor Lasso’s name has become synonymous with some of the highest caliber coffees in the world. He represents a new generation of coffee growers that are changing the perfection of what coffee can taste like. As an example, when Goshen was recently visiting Bruselas, Huila they noticed a fruity bubblegum aroma that permeated most of the small city. Come to find out, the smell was coming from Nestor’s newly built drying facility. It was actually coffee, not candy - but still a reminder of the treats that Nestor shares with all of us.
