We want to know our customers by name in an effort to feel a part of a larger community. For years, we've longed to bring that to the roasted coffee side of our business too. To know our farmers by name and connect those known customers, to a known farmer, in hopes that the "larger" community could become closer than many think.
Our line of Ecuadorian coffee is an extension of our values. With each sip, you taste the quality, with the name of your coffee farmer and connect with that larger global community of coffee lovers. Together we can enact change by enjoying a cup of coffee sourced transparently, directly, and fairly.

"Ramiro is one of the most innovative farmers we have on the team. He is a true coffee enthusiast, as he understands every aspect of the coffee supply chain. Ramiro’s plantation is small, thus he and his son control every aspect of the harvesting and production process. The vast amounts of shade and additional fruits throughout his plantation create a vibrant cup of coffee."

We want to be Chattanooga's ideal local coffee shop, where our staff knows your name and you know ours. If you're a regular, we love to make your drink as you walk through the door. We want to provide a place where anyone can come in, make a friend, feel at home, and feel part of a larger community. We seek to be part of positive change in our city. We want to do our part to help end homelessness, poverty, human trafficking, joblessness. We want to not only partner with non-profit organizations in our city that are addressing these issues, but we also look to employ people who are serious about success, who have experience hardship and even crisis in their lives. We aren't their destination, but we certainly want to be a key stop on their pathway to success.
