Coffee Description
The Termico process is a new, experimental coffee process invented by don Luis Campos. The process starts with the ripest cherries, allowing them to have the highest sugar content. The coffee cherry and mucilage is left on the bean and is then exposed to heat which caramelizes the coffee. This experimental process results in a complex flavor and lovely flavor.

Over the past 10 years don Luis has been experimenting with different coffee processing methods such as natural, honeys, thermic (termico) and anaerobic. One of their main focuses is sustainability currently their office is 100% powered by solar energy and they are working towards the same for their wet mill.
