Coffee Description
Hailing from Gogogu in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia, Samih from Haile Selassie Ambaye spent the majority of the 2023 export harvest working with this relatively new to specialty station in Guji. Helping elevate their processing, sorting, picking and ultimately improving the product that comes to all the way to us where we roast it just enough to express the beautiful fruity and balanced flavor profile.
