This coffee is organically produced by a group of farmers in Chiapas, Mexico's most southern state bordering Guatemala. It's lush and tropical here with a mix of pine forests, both environments which lend themselves to fantastic organic agriculture.

Named after Jared's grandfather, Noble Duke, within two years Noble Coffee had moved to its current roastery/café location just off 4th street in the quirky, charming town of Ashland Oregon.
