Limoncillo is a Nicaraguan coffee with a beautifully vibrant acidity reminiscent of lemons and raspberries, as well as a surprisingly juicy body for a naturally processed coffee. These traits are perfectly balanced with a puff pastry-like sweetness and a honey finish.
