About Kochere Washing Station | Importers: Keffa Coffee of Ethiopia
This coffee came to One Village Coffee thru Keffa Coffee, a small importing company founded by Samuel Demisse in 2006. Born and raised in Ethiopia, Samuel specializes in Ethiopian coffee along with a handful of other coffee growing origins. Kochere is Keffa’s YirgZ brand which undergoes three times the normal sorting to achieve zero defects. Sorters are paid double the usual rate for the extra effort.
