This washed Peru from Perfiles cooperative in Jean, Cajamarca is really something else. It is the highest scoring Peru we cupped this year and are thrilled to share it! We taste a lot of sweetness, think chocolate croissants, brown sugar, and apple pie! This is a very balanced daily drinker.
