In search of something slightly more traditional, with a darker, more chocolatey profile? Our simple approach is to blend two beans that are enhanced by darker roasts, putting them together to create a balance of both sweetness and complexity. With its dark and intense cup, full of complexity and with lots of spice and chocolate, this is not your run of the mill, charred French Roast.

About APROCAFE of Bolivia
APROCAFE has been dedicated to ecological coffee production since it was founded in 1999 and also encourages its members to reforest their farms. More recently, the coop has created a new agritourism project where visitors can tour the farms and even take part in some of the agricultural work, such as harvesting, pulping, drying, and more.

Established in 2010 in downtown Floyd, VA (pop 432), Red Rooster was created with the simple notion of roasting excellent coffee for the owner’s existing coffee house. While we've won numerous awards and accolades for our coffee quality, our true passion is in making a positive social impact both at home and abroad at the coffee's origin.
