Café Pacayal (La Paz, Honduras): This company is determined to offer excellent coffees with traceable ethical and sustainable supply chains. Café Pacayal believes in respecting human rights and the environment in all operations and promotes the care and conservation of our planet's biodiversity. Pacayal encourages innovation in production, harvesting, and processing with a special focus on supporting women producers and young farmers.

Chirinos Cooperative (Cajamarca, Peru): This co-op employs experienced agronomists who provides technical support in organic production and quality control for all of its member farmers. This method produces potent, high-quality compost at a low cost and avoids the use of pesticides by controlling pests naturally.

ASPRASAR Cooperative (Bilbao, Colombia): The Asociación de Productores Agropecuarios de Santa Rosa (ASPRASAR) supports its members by obtaining and maintaining Regenerative Organic, Fairtrade Organic, and Organic certifications for all of its coffees. This co-op takes a forward thinking approach and reinvests its profits back into production and processing. ASPRASAR funds honey water treatment systems and self-made organic fertilizer production, ensuring long-term environmental and economic resilience.
