Coffee Description
Grade 1 coffees have already undergone special treatment in the sorting/milling process, Grade Zero coffees take it to the next level… This coffee comes from the Adame processing station and is made up of microlots from several coffee producers. What makes this coffee special is how meticulously it is processed and milled. Instead of getting sorted and filtered by hand once or twice over, this coffee gets machine and hand sorted multiple times to find all defective coffee beans and remove them.

About Smallholder Farmers organized around the Adame Kebele Mill of Ethiopia
When Royal Coffee began their Grade Zero coffee campaign with some of these amazing Ethiopian microlots we jumped at the chance to experience them! This coffee comes from the Adame processing station and is made up of microlots from several coffee producers. What makes this coffee special is how meticulously it is processed and milled. Instead of getting sorted and filtered by hand once or twice over, this coffee gets machine and hand sorted multiple times to find all defective coffee beans and remove them. This coffee is complex, clean, like candy.
