About Jorge Rojas of Colombia
Jorge is a 4th generation coffee grower. His coffee journey began when he was only 13 years old, when his mother gave him the opportunity to be involved in the family farm. Starting at such a young age gave Jorge the chance to truly immerse himself in the operations of a coffee farm, and that experience has given Jorge a unique perspective on the process of growing and processing coffee.
Over the years Jorge inherited part of his father’s farm, and has also purchased land from a neighbor to create what is now Finca El Jardin. Jorge’s family is now involved in production at his farm, with his brother and sister working alongside him in the fields. As a team the family continues to innovate, and is currently building out their own wet mill so they can purchase coffee from other surrounding neighbors for processing. His dream is to become a recognized producer in his region, and hopes that his son, currently 10 years old, will become the next generation of coffee producers to carry on the legacy.

Tinker Coffee Co.
When brothers-in-law Steve Hall and Jeff Johnson founded Tinker Coffee Co., they had a simple plan: bring the specialty coffee scene to their own Indianapolis, Indiana backyard. Combining backgrounds in wine and tech (Jeff worked with IBM for 10 years) with a dedication to sourcing fantastic coffees and sharing the excitement with customers, Tinker Coffee was named "Best Coffee in Indiana" by Food & Wine, so their hard work is paying off!
Tinker Coffee was founded in 2014 and roasts coffee for a sweet group of restaurants, cafes, offices, and markets. Jeff admits to preferring Colombian coffees, and Steve, Kenyas.
