This coffee was the #1 scoring lot in the 2021 Ethiopia Cup of Excellence competition.
What makes this coffee so special? The attention to detail in the processing of this lot creates sparkling fruit and floral notes with bright and complex acidity. We taste lychee, pineapple, raspberry, passion fruit, gin syrup, rose, grape, and jasmine in the cup.
Due to the extremely limited size of this lot, this coffee will ship in 100g containers.

About Tamiru Tadesse Tesema of Ethiopia
Tamiru Tadesse Tesema is a coffee producer who has been in the coffee business for the last eight years. He works in collaboration with a group of about 200 farmers in Delo Kebele, Bensa Zone of the Sidama region. Tamiru processes anaerobic and natural coffee which is dried on raised beds with mesh wire to help promote even drying.

When brothers-in-law Steve Hall and Jeff Johnson founded Tinker Coffee Co., they had a simple plan: bring the specialty coffee scene to their own Indianapolis, Indiana backyard. Combining backgrounds in wine and tech (Jeff worked with IBM for 10 years) with a dedication to sourcing fantastic coffees and sharing the excitement with customers, Tinker Coffee was named "Best Coffee in Indiana" by Food & Wine, so their hard work is paying off!
Tinker Coffee was founded in 2014 and roasts coffee for a sweet group of restaurants, cafes, offices, and markets. Jeff admits to preferring Colombian coffees, and Steve, Kenyas.
