About Luiz Paulo of Brazil
This offering comes to us from fourth-generation coffee producer Luiz Paulo. After graduating with a business major, he moved back to Carmo de Minas to work on the family's legacy, coffee.Luiz teamed up with his cousin, Jacques Pereira Carneiro, in 2004 with a vision to promote specialty coffees from the Carmo de Minas region.
Fazenda Senhor Niquinho, founded after Luiz’s grandfather passed away, carries his nickname for remembrance. Besides coffee trees, the farm includes native forests, riparian woods, and an abundance of water. Luiz says, “For me, to produce coffee sustainably is vital for any coffee grower. We must have the responsibility of producing quality on a consistent basis and of protecting the environment that surrounds us, as well as the society that we live in. And by doing our work with these rules in mind we are able to offer exactly what our clients worldwide desire.”

Partners Coffee
Founded in 2012, their incredibly passionate team is based out of Brooklyn, New York. As roasters and baristas, they believe that ensuring their trade in coffee has beneficial effects for everyone involved, from the farm to the cafe. Throughout the year, their green coffee buyer travels to origin to meet growers and cooperatives, and chooses the highest quality products from people who respect their land and workers.
