What's inside?
We have 10 of Edwin Martinez coffees he painstakingly hand harvested, hand wet milled and hand dry milled and then sent them all to us. Cause we are crazy. Some of these lots are as small as 7lbs total, some are as 'large' as 85lbs total. But typically a bag of coffee is 150lbs and we tend to buy 10-20x 150lb bags. So these are ridiculously tiny.
The purpose of these varietals is to determine which of these hit the mark for best flavor, high yield and service climate change. So your opinions on these coffees matter!

About Edwin Martinez of Guatemala
On a high slope surrounded by the lush valleys and ridges, Finca Vista Hermosa is indeed the vantage point of a Beautiful View. Their family farm is a prime example of Huehuetenango fertility, and there's a good reason it's base camp to so many roaster visits over the years. Heavily invested in ecologically sound and healthy farming practices, the farm represents the rich legacy of three generations pouring their hearts into this region.
