Coffee Description
Dried Blueberries, Chamomile, Swiss Miss.
Our first of several Ethiopian offerings for 2023 has arrived. Adado via Anthem imports is a great example of what we have been finding in Ethiopian Naturals over recent years, while reminding us of the coffees that first peaked our interest in years ago.
Subtle, sweet, and with a velvety body - we find a coffee that we’d believe to be a fruity washed coffee or a really floral natural. We’re loving it around the warehouse.

About Adado Coop & Various Landholders of Ethiopia
“There are 1273 farmers in the Adado cooperative. With an average farm size of 1.03 hectares, Adado produces both washed and natural process coffees. Traditional agricultural practices reduce topsoil erosion and the misty fog that hangs over much of the region in the
afternoons is the source of the famous 'misty valley' moniker some roasters give their coffees. The success of the cooperative since joining YCFCU in 2002 is largely due to the reinvestments it makes in the surrounding community such as repairing roads and investing in better equipment, allowing more and more farmers to ioin the coop and benefit.” - Anthem Coffee Imports
