Coffee Description
We were immediately stuck by this coffee's clarity, acidity, and sweetness. A honey-raisin sweetness gives way to a nice floral finish all while being carried by a milk chocolate back bone. This medium/light roast maintains the acidity and clarity while still allowing the coffee to be the sweet and chocolatey sipper it deserves to be

About Nelson Martinez of Colombia
This coffee comes to us from the Colombian Coffee Club. This collection of 5 farms range in elevation all along El Vergel or Black Mountain in Vereda, Huila - an inactive volcano. Black Condor is produced by Nelson Martinez and his family and this coffee is a testament to the care of processing.
Using traditional washed methods the coffee is fermented for 12 -24 hrs in mucilage before being patio dried for 10 - 15 days. The volcanic soil and high elevation make this coffee something else.
