Coffee Description
Wow! This coffee is something else. A great combination of caramelized sugars, chocolatey bottom notes, and savory berry sweetness. This is a complex cup, with great body and mild acidity.

About Hilario Hernandez Gomez of Honduras
We bought this coffee through a connection with Eton Tsuno of Atlantic Specialty. Our roaster Robb has known Eton since their mutual time in Sacramento coffee industry around 2008. Eton is known for his selective nature a dedication to quality. When we saw that he had tasted some of the best Honduran coffees he had ever had, we had to try.
We are lucky to have a very small amount of this wonderful coffee. No surprise, Eton was not wrong. This coffee is fantastic!
