Coffee Description
Delicate and sweet from start to finish, this coffee features a silken thread of jasmine florals in aroma and flavor. When hot, the saturated sweetness of candied peaches and lemondrops pair with syrupy body, accompanied by fun, sparkly ripe kiwi tartness. As it cools, the floral notes really shine.

About Smallholder producers of Ethiopia
“Duromina, means 'improve our lives.” That dream and commitment to make improvement happen is evident in the small farmer cooperative, Keta Muduga. Established by farmers who are part of the larger Duromina Cooperative which broke away from from the once famous Oromia Union to form their own. Duromina Farmers Cooperative is a profit sharing organization that has a funded health center, high school and power infrastructure for its community.
Keta Muduga is working hard to sell directly to importers and roasters instead of losing traceability in the Ethiopia Commodity Exchange (ECX). Although it is only 2 years old, this co-op has already had a dramatic impact on the lives of the 329 members and their surrounding community.

Dapper & Wise
In 2013, Insomnia's owners Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel launched Dapper & Wise as a tasting room and roasting facility in Portland's Western suburbs, and by 2014, as a wholesaler as well.
Based out of Hillsboro, Oregon, Evan and Tyler work with a stellar team, all of whom are dedicated to the values that undergird Dapper & Wise: “We want people to walk through our doors and feel welcome. We want people to taste our coffee and be impressed and inspired. We want the coffee we roast to exemplify the hard work of the producers that grow it.”
