About Various smallholders of Ethiopia
This coffee comes from Ethiopia, where much coffee is grown in what’s referred to as a smallholder setting - around ten thousand individual “garden farms” bring their cherries to the Demeka Becha washing station. This location is perched atop a hill where there is plentiful airflow for the drying beds where coffee beans rest until their measured moisture levels are low enough for final processing in Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia!

Dapper & Wise
In 2013, Insomnia's owners Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel launched Dapper & Wise as a tasting room and roasting facility in Portland's Western suburbs, and by 2014, as a wholesaler as well.
Based out of Hillsboro, Oregon, Evan and Tyler work with a stellar team, all of whom are dedicated to the values that undergird Dapper & Wise: “We want people to walk through our doors and feel welcome.
