Coffee Description
After arriving to the washing station, cherries are sorted and dried for 20 days or until they reach 10% humidity. During the drying period, they are covered intermittently throughout the hottest parts of the day to prevent direct exposure to sun rays. Meticulous care during the drying process makes this coffee a bright and tasty cup!

This lot is a collection of cherries from 3 producers located in the woreda of Gedeb. Cherries are mostly shade-grown in this region and transported to the washing station by hand, car, and/or horse.
