According to those in the know at Dapper & Wise, Webster’s Dictionary defines “The Holla Baes” as “I don’t know, probably just something they made up.” Well, yes. But whatever other meanings apply, Holla Bae! is their sweet seasonal holiday blend. This year it features 40% Ethiopia Reko Koba Natural, 40% Guatemala Santa Isabel, and 20% Brazil Rodomunho. Whether celebrating the holidays, the holla baes, or both, this blend does it right.
Dapper & Wise
In 2013, Insomnia's owners Evan Aldrete and Tyler Geel launched Dapper & Wise as a tasting room and roasting facility in Portland's Western suburbs, and by 2014, as a wholesaler as well.
Based out of Hillsboro, Oregon, Evan and Tyler work with a stellar team, all of whom are dedicated to the values that undergird Dapper & Wise: “We want people to walk through our doors and feel welcome.
