Coffee Description
This delicious darker-roasted coffee is a 50/50 blend of rotating washed Latin American coffees sourced through Caravela Coffee Importers. While the coffees in this blend change frequently due to sourcing similar coffees from the freshest harvest, there’s always a consistent balance of sweet and nutty with a medium to heavy body.
We roast Dark Night to just after the start of the second crack giving this “dark” roast all the roasty toasty lovelies while maintaining sweetness.

From the beginning, our goal has been to run a sustainable, for-profit business with a triple bottom line that includes social and environmental goals alongside the economic ones. And most of all, we want to create the best product that wins awards -- and make that product accessible to curious people from every race and culture.
