This Java Blossom is a first-time Carbonic Maceration process done with this variety at El Vergel. This reserve lot smells like fresh rosewater, tropical, and berries. On the palate, it is sweet and smooth with flavors of melon, floral like rosewater and bright like raspberries and pomegranate.
