Coffee Description
Danche washing station is relatively new, built in 2019 by Neguesse, it offers a more traceable approach to coffee processing, separating each picking into lots. Neguesse purchases exclusively from small farmers in the local Danche village, who grow some of the cleanest and most flavorful coffees in the region.

About Neguesse Debela of Ethiopia
The Danche mill is located just outside the town of Chelbesa in the Gedeb province of Ethiopia. The mill received cherry from about 400 farmers this year, a rather small number in Ethiopia, where many farmers have only a few coffee trees on very small farms, spread among other food and cash crops.
