Sweetly and gently brisk. Brown sugar, marzipan, honeysuckle, peach, roasted cacao nib in aroma and cup. Delicate, soft acidity; rounded full body. Flavor consolidates around stone fruit and cacao nib in a long and pleasant finish as it cools.

About Luis Nolasco of Honduras
Honduras Santa Elena Catracha Luis Nolasco Gutierrez is sourced from a famiy-owned farm in collaboration with Catracha Coffee Company. Luis Nolasco Gutierrez produced this micro-lot on a 5-acre farm called La Guama located in the municipality of Santa Elena within the department of La Paz, Honduras. Catracha Coffee works with a select group of farmers who participate in monthly educational seminars to improve upon their coffee production. These capacity-building opportunities have helped Luis increase yields and improve the quality of his coffee, which is the main source of income for him, his wife Fidelina, and 4 children. Luis plans to use some of his earnings to help his children attend college.
Old Soul Co.
Started by Tim Jordan and Jason Griest in an obscure alley in Sacramento in 2006, Old Soul Co. has grown rapidly but still enthusiastically shares the same vision thirteen years later: "celebrate the artisan aspects of bread baking and coffee roasting and dedicate ourselves to getting better at our crafts everyday!"
Old Soul's coffee sourcing practices set them apart: owner Jason Griest travels to as many of the farms growing Old Soul's coffees as possible. In Sacramento, Old Soul is deeply involved in volunteering and giving back to the community. The roasting company has received many 90+ and "Best Of" awards over the past years.
