Coffee Description
After hearing about this program, we were excited to see what the result tasted like in the cup. Spoiler alert - we were blown away! The coffee is fruit-forward and complex, with a rounded body and a super tasty finish. The best part is how crushable this coffee is. It's super versatile and works great with just about any brew method. Drink it straight or throw it in a cortado and prepare for awesomeness. We taste big nostalgic flavors of pink starburst, vanilla frosting, and a creamy-sweet finish. We're super proud to be teaming up with the awesome folks at Unblended on the awesome program and this awesome coffee - stay awesome, y'all!

About Sebastian Ramirez and Young Producers of Colombia
Unblended's mission is to make coffee farming an exciting and viable career path for young people in Colombia. They created their Young Producer Program to help accomplish this mission. In the program, Unblended pairs young producers with seasoned farmers as mentors. The mentor helps the young producer create their own coffee project and guides them along the way, improving the quality of their coffee. It also allows them to experiment and learn with the knowledge that the final product will be blended with coffee from their mentor to ensure it finds a home.
Sebastian Ramirez, an old friend of ours, is the mentor for this particular lot. His red fruits natural processed coffee serves as the base of this blend, which ties it all together magically. Sebastian is a fourth-generation coffee farmer who is a master of experimental processing techniques. We've sourced coffee from him in the past and have been amazed by the flavors he is able to achieve.

PERC
In 2010, Philip Brown started Panther's Eye Roasting Co with the mission to share good times and awesome coffee. With a roaster, a bicycle, and loud tunes, Philip began building a brand one bag at a time. Soon he realized two things: the name needed to be shorter and he needed to partner with some awesome folks to help grow the company. PERC Coffee grew through community, authenticity, hard work, and the curiosity to blaze new trails.
