Coffee Description
We only source one decaf per season, so we want to make sure it really cooks like Marty McFly playing a Chuck Berry classic. Look for a balanced cup with smooth notes of vanilla, toffee, chocolate, and none of the catawampus of those edgy caff coffees. If you want a coffee that’ll make you more like Steve Guttenberg and less like Bobcat Goldthwait, this one is your jam.

In 2010, Philip Brown started Panther's Eye Roasting Co with the mission to share good times and awesome coffee. With a roaster, a bicycle, and loud tunes, Philip began building a brand one bag at a time. Soon he realized two things: the name needed to be shorter and he needed to partner with some awesome folks to help grow the company.
