Coffee Description
The team at Kindeng Mill crushed it with this lot! Natural processed PNG coffees are fairly rare, especially ones as beautiful as Wahgi Valley. Look for notes of cooked raspberries, blood orange, and baker's chocolate in the cup. Trust us - you don't want to miss this one!

About Kindeng Mill of Papua New Guinea
We sourced a coffee from Wahgi Valley last year and loved it so much that we had to bring it back! This coffee comes from the Kindeng dry mill in Papua New Guinea's Jikawa Province. It's a blend of coffee purchased in cherry from 1500 smallholder farmers. The average farm size of producers in this region is just 1-2 hectares. After cherries are received at the mill, they are processed accordingly and dried on raised beds and canvases. Once the coffee is dried, it's placed into bags, hulled, milled, and prepped for export.

PERC
In 2010, Philip Brown started Panther's Eye Roasting Co with the mission to share good times and awesome coffee. With a roaster, a bicycle, and loud tunes, Philip began building a brand one bag at a time. Soon he realized two things: the name needed to be shorter and he needed to partner with some awesome folks to help grow the company. PERC Coffee grew through community, authenticity, hard work, and the curiosity to blaze new trails.
