If anyone knows how to do a great decaf; it's the team at El Vergel. This decaf is really sweet, with a lot of body and a clean aftertaste! We couldn't believe how well it performs as a pour over as well as espresso.

About El Vergel of Colombia
Martha and her two sons, Elias and Shady started to work with experimental coffee in a way that they could create and pass through the technology that would help to improve the quality of life of the families that work together with them in their project El Vergel Estate.
This coffee has been produced for over a decade where El Vergel has been able to create a blend between traditional processing and modern touch with our special fermentations to develop those fruity flavors in the cup. After, coffee is placed in circular containers with a combination of water and ethyl acetate where the coffee is immersed several times until the caffeine level drops to 0.1%.

Presta was started as a coffee cart in the first floor of a hospital in 2012. Since then, brick and mortars and a roastery have become the places where an elevated cup is served. The farm visits over the years has shaped the way Presta sources coffee, from classic quality lots, to fun, lively experimental processes. Backed by a passionate team, one thing remains constant; an unwavering desire to share incredible coffee within the community of Tucson and beyond.
