Coffee Description
This is the third year we have purchased coffee from Anibal Pineda, and we are excited to bring it to you again. Intentionally selecting the coffee we bring in for our customers is direct feedback for the farmers, letting them know what is working, and what we find interesting at the roaster and consumer level. This years honey process has an exceptionally creamy body, light floral aromatics, and the sweetness of ripe stone fruit.

About Fidel Paz of Honduras
The Paz family has transformed Beneficio San Vicente into one of the most respected specialty coffee sources globally, particularly in Honduras. Founded by Fidel Paz in the 1980s, the company grew steadily, with his sons and nephew joining in the early 2000s to bring expertise in agronomy, sales, and marketing. Arturo Paz, a key figure in the company, helped elevate their farmers' coffees to international acclaim, while Benjamin Paz later strengthened connections with roasters, cementing the company's reputation in the specialty coffee industry.

Presta
Presta was started as a coffee cart in the first floor of a hospital in 2012. Since then, brick and mortars and a roastery have become the places where an elevated cup is served. The farm visits over the years has shaped the way Presta sources coffee, from classic quality lots, to fun, lively experimental processes. Backed by a passionate team, one thing remains constant; an unwavering desire to share incredible coffee within the community of Tucson and beyond.
