Our suggested espresso brewing parameters are 17-19 grams in, 35-42 grams out, with an extraction time of 24-29 seconds. These parameters produce balanced shots with sweet, chocolatey notes and pleasant fruit character. The blend's versatility means you can dial it in for your specific espresso setup or adjust your brew method for drip coffee without sacrificing quality or flavor.
